I think the wraith form mana drain percentages are incorrect when spirit speak is over 100. According to uo.com (https://uo.com/wiki/ultima-online-wiki/skills/necromancy/) the percentage should be spirit speak skill /5 : "The amount leeched is based upon your Spirit Speak skill and the damage you do to the target. It works with Magery and Weapon damage. Formula – Spirit Speak / 5".
Here are the values on heritage at different skill levels above 100, where I recast wraith form before each picture was taken.
At 105 it should be 21%, 110 = 22%, 115 = 23%.
