FIXED Whirlwind attack damage bonus

On UOGUIDE, WW damage bonus is 36 HP if 4 opponents:

On Servuo, it seems it caps out at 2hp (unless that is a factor of 200%, but the varible"damageBonus" seems to relate to HP to me.

Basically our formula would agree with UOguide without that "/ 100" part at the end - which makes me think it was written as a factor...depends on what damageBonus is actually doing. From what I can see its a scalar HP value.
