FIXED When mining quality granite in felucca you should receive 3 stone on success.

I'm not sure if this is specific to TC1 on OSI, however when I was mining quality granite for testing purposes in Felucca I noticed I was getting 3 granite per success instead of 2 (so triple instead of double).

Sorry this took a bit longer as I forgot about this until just now.
Tested on the elf character I have on TC1 in the exact same spot (Felucca Minoc Mines) I received 3 granite per attempt. I can test with a human shortly as well.
