FIXED When doing Trader Quests some forms of travel shouldn't work, but still do.

When doing Trader Quests you shouldn't be able to use most forms of travel including:

You can currently use Crystal Portals, Corrupted Crystal Portals, and other player's moongates to get to your destination.

Are you positive on the players moongates?

I explicitly tested (on ServUO) if I could use another player's moongate by picking up a trade quest at the Trammel Yew Trader, and then gated to Felucca Ocllo with my other account, walked through, and handed the box to Slim.

So you can still complete the trade orders. You just lose any bonus reward items and only gain some loyalty.

I received a reward item (Scroll of Transcendence) for turning it in, and it did mention something about loyalty.

Alright so the recent bug fixes address the Corrupted and Crystal portals and moongates.

We will not be touching the world teleporter tiles at this time so I am going to mark this as a fixed bug.
