FIXED VvV notoriety/beneficial acts bug

What exactly is the bug? Its been thrown around on teh ideas thread but i want to discuss what the actual bug is here. From what I gather, its when a guildmate (non vvv) heals another vvv guildmate, and they turn orange?

Okay so I can shed some light on this.
Currently if Player A is in [Solo] (not enrolled in VvV), Player B is in [OC] (enrolled in VvV), and Placer C is in no guild at all. Player A cannot heal Player B anywhere at all - Trammel, Felucca, Malas, etc. Player B is always treated as "No beneficial acts can be given to the player". Player C being in no guild can still heal both Player A, and Player B.
That's the main bug I ran into with the notoriety.

Here is the way I am going to make it, and im sure this is the way its supposed to be on EA. If a non-vvv performs a beneficial act on a vvv player, they become orange to guilds that would be otherwise orange to the individual they performed bene acts on. If a non-vvv attacks a vvv players, they become orange to all. WIth these mechanics, there shoudl be NO benefical act block at all. Thoughts?

How is it going to work outside of fel, and active VvV towns? The real problem is that if you're enrolled in VvV you can't exactly go pvm with other guilds since they can't heal you in trammel, etc.

Well how it works on EA is that as long as the people you are hunting with are not in another VvV guild while you are in VvV you are fine.

You can be in VvV and heal and be healed by other non VvV players (or VvV players in your guild) without going orange.

The only time you go Orange is if the VvV player is in active combat with another VvV player.

Ok Dan, that’s doable. I’ve actualky already started doing that. I’ve alteady found some of the issues that have been complained about so we should be good.
