FIXED Void Pool Mobs need their movement speed toned down a tad

So... the mobs in the Fel Void Pool move a lot faster now than they did a few months ago. So fast, that they destroy the pool before you can even reach it now, assuming you are not mounted.

Please return them to a normal movement speed. Thanks.

This was a product of an issue for my first attempt at fixing monster speed. this is not the case anymore.
