FIXED Unable to Exorcise Ghost Spying on Champ

Dementor died and I tried to exorcise him - but I get an error message that I am not in a correct region.
This area should be considered a champ spawn region and it should exorcise him....

Where = 5988,2442,26

When typing "[where" while standing on the Altar, it does not indicate being in a champion region.

While doing the same at "lord oaks" the [where command does report the champion region.

I believe I have the area set up correctly.

This issue has been fixed.
