FIXED Treasure Chest Spawn

Yew Crypts @ 1012 . 701 . 0 Treasure Chests sometimes spawn outside the tower, check spawn range. This is probably true for both Trammel and Felucca.

Oh like the "dungeon" chests?

So, whats teh bug? Are they supposed to spawn, but don't, or vice versa?

I fixed it, was just a spawn issue with one of the dungeon cheats that I've been working on an overhaul for anyways.
