Wont let me submit, and says.. Guild Unknown.. not sure what im doing wrong.. and i see nothing for quests.. at least, nothing i can accept..

Sooo it actually appears that your client is bugged because it looks completely different on mine. Are you using the newest client?

If so try deleting this folder: http://trueuo.com/index.php?threads/i-am-fully-patched-but-still-see-unused-tile-windows.38/

Please let me know how it works. If anyone else here, who can see the menu correctly, could show Omalley what it should look like it would be appreciated. I am at work currently.

Working now.. deleting the folder fixed it. Curious tho.. can only guild members seen the guild tab, or do all players see my message?

Okay tested it with a character not in the guild.. and he can see my message, this is pretty cool!

Yeah anyone can see it. Used for posting public information, recruitment, ect.
