Town buffs

Can we get the cost to keep these bonuses active reduced? currently no one keeps them active as it is too much to sacrifice weekly to keep them active. I believe the reason it is adjusted so high is for it to be a gold sink, but it fails at that if everyone would rather just build suits without planning for city buffs then pay to keep it active

Personally, a higher min on the trade deals would be really cool - would encourage that content AND make it easier to maintain the buff. Would appreciate a minimum of 500k (3-4 trade runs for a town buff)

Yeah, we decided to leave it on because it adds millions to the town treasuries. No one does it though, which is fine but that is the primary way to get the town gold.

I know there were issues finding them. I believe they also spawn in Tokuno. I would read up on them before going forth.

There is also the issue that Heritage choose to defy OSI's lead and make Plunder Beacon cargo only drop for one person.

On OSI in my guild it drops for anyone that is causing damage, and it makes it actually worthwhile. We go out for a few hours at a time and gather a bunch of crates, plus resources off those pirate ships and it is a lot of fun. On here Cono had to muster the energy and even with that over the top approach he burned out here on them.

I am not sure the reason for Heritage making the town buffs so expensive either, as for example on Atlantic all of the town buffs are so heavily paid no one would need to add additional funds until basically the heat death of the universe.

It is nothing specific to Heritage. Currently it is how we have it coded for all of ServUO.

I get cargo drops on any character that kills plunder beacons.......i bring two alts usually and they both get the cargo.

Interesting, must have been reported through ServUO. Don't remember seeing this change through notes here.

It is nothing specific to Heritage. Currently it is how we have it coded for all of ServUO.
And it was reported. I think there is other threads on it, as well as a lot of discussion in the Discord a long time ago.
