Not A Bug ToL/Stygian Lootpack

I wonder how updated this Lootpack is towards the "current era"?

I found on OSI these drop;

Im sure we have turtle armor parts found few inside treasure chests when dig eodon ones

Why is it that legendary artifacts that aren’t cursed or antique are sooo much more common than on Heritage? 99.9% of loot, especially artifacts are pretty bad, borderline useless, and if you do find a good one with optimal stats, it’s often cursed or antique which means you’ll either risk losing it in fel, and antiques you’ll be repairing so frequently it becomes not even worth it shen you can reforge/imbue something that isn’t plagued by cursed/antique.
Like, no one uses them... unless you’re new and need the stats and can’t afford anything better. Just look at everyone’s suits, almost no one uses them. Isn’t that indicative of a problem?

#notall higher end artifacts from regular loot are bad here, just seem very few and far between.

My best guess is the excess of Legendary items on lets say atl. More players, more pvm, more loot generated. But i havent seen this perticular item in loot yet

Haven't seen one in several months, and the ones i did get my first month here are junk. Would like to be able to grind some hard mobs for an hour or two and actually get something. Done tons of lvl5 maps with 2k luck as well, with no legendary arties. Would be nice to see a bump on these on peerless, champs, and world bosses like cora and navrey.

We only have information saying those tiger pelt armors drop in Treasure Map chests, done on that facet, which they currently do. https://github.com/TrueUO/TrueUO/bl...Services/TreasureMaps/TreasureMapInfo.cs#L530 going to mark this as Not A Bug unless more information comes to light on this but all the current readings out there point to that.
