FIXED Tinker POF Kegs are bugged - should not be full upon redemption

Tinker BOD Kegs for 700 points come full with 250 charges. They are supposed to be empty, or else why would Blacksmiths need 450 points to make 10 charges??

I didn't verify this on OSI, but I did check the UO discord channel and this is the discussion with ONE person (who knows). So mileage may vary. However, thinking of the unbalanced nature of the point disparity, I can't imagine this to be OSI accurate.

I agree. Out of an abundance of caution these kegs now do not come with charges as even the UO wiki source simply says it CAN hold up to 250 charges, not that it comes with it.

Issues like these, which are highly unbalanced, should be reported to use immediately.
