FIXED Teleporting issue from vendor search maps

When outside in Malas, not sure what other areas, cannot use the teleport function from the VS maps. I had 2 maps, was able to use the teleport function from my house to the first location but not from that location to the next. On OSI you can use the maps from anywhere.

A felucca dungeon? Inside a Peerless? Champ regions?

People would simply keep maps, no? To quick travel? There must be some restrictions.

I have never tried in those places and the maps are only good for like 24 hours but I have never had a problem using it to teleport from anywhere. Since it actually shows recall being cast, I am guessing that it would not work anywhere that you could not recall from. In this case, I was using it from a vendor house to go to another vendor house.
