FIXED Teleport spell stop working--> champ spawn issue

Once we all know already you can't reccal from champion spawn area- after last "modifications" in code- we still not able to reccal from champion area but we also CAN'T Use teleport spell to move around spawn areaa

As on image can be noticed what information recive after try teleport- I can use it easy from outside area but as well cant be teleported inside champion area

Alright, thanks. Just teleport? Looking at the recent edits I do not see anything targeting teleport, that would affect this or champion regions. Probably something we did though.

Teleport works otherwise. It's only the champion region. (In this case)
