FIXED TC BUG with pets

So there is two bugs i disvovver when try TC-first when use command to get cu sidhe it becoome bonded but Hit points are still like on Wild version(should be half)

The other Bug- i get Vollem from cub to see how effective it can be after training.
After used animal lore i cant start training becouse it not show button to begin training.
Maybe that as well be worth to check on main server? I save points for this reward and for sure l;ack of training would make me mad.

Dexter for this one I took the old [pettraintest command and let players use it to quickly test builds on the TC.

What they noticed was when it is used, and we never caught this during the actual pet training revamp testing, it does not take into account the OnTame skill and stat loss that should happen, if it gets it.
