FIXED Taming Requirement bug on some places?

I found some animals around Luna with 0 taming required. I tamed some, and all of them on the first try. So, i checked some places and it looks like all tameables on Malas are like that, with 0 taming requirement.
I also checked some other places. Trammel seems to be ok. Felucca seems to have this bug, because I went to yew and the animals there were with 0 requirement, but then I went to ice dungeon (still in felucca) and there the tameables were normal, with the normal taming requirement.
I'm not sure if this is a bug (might be an exploit?), but I guess so, because I tamed a cushide on my first try, and I dont even have all the skill needed to tame a normal one.

This issue will be fixed following tomorrows 6am EST restart.

Any creatures with 0 taming requirements will be scaled up to their correct control slots.
