I re-submit this bug. This time it was solo. Still draining me. No males to be found. Also, im pretty sure its not AoE because I never encountered this on osi once.

Still needs to be checked on EA. Nothing in Stratics or UO Guide says its restricted to male players.

Just fought a couple of succubi in Blood on test with a female character - no life drain.
