FIXED Stats Not Changing

I am in the process of making my Tamer/Bard into a Tamer/Archer and wanted to lower my intelligence and raise my dexterity, but I am not gaining any dexterity. I have both my arrows on strength and intelligence pointed down and dexterity pointed up. I have raised my archery from 40 to ~55 and even tried musicianship for a bit to try to raise the dexterity, but it is not moving.

Stats are pretty finicky here for some reason. I had a char lose all the INT and it went to 30, and the STR or Dex never went up... I never reported it as a bug, but I worked my INT back up by casting spells (Clumsy spell) repeatedly on a horse...

Yea stats were jacked up since 2016. My change yesterday broke something else! I'll have a fix and thoroughly test it.
