FIXED Stat gain/loss

I mistakenly forgot to move my "arrow" back up after toggling a few stats. I was at 255 prior to dong this. As I cheked my stats after noticing I was hitting slower than normal, I checked them and relized my mistake. But the strange this was that only one stat went down(DEX) and the INT stayed the same. shouldnt the Int have gone up? The INT stat was toggled up not down.

As you can see here the Dex raised back up again without problem, but shouldnt the INT have raised in order for the dex to be lowered initially?

No I did not receive any messages indicating the loss or gain of stats. It wasn't until I realized I was hitting very slow that i looked and seen what was going on.

This is really going to be tough to pin point unless you have no jewels with stats on them.

Ok, I think I found this. If its where I think its at in the code, this bug has been around since 3/8/2016. I'm going in folks, wish me luck!
