Was curious to see what I would need to kill to complete some of the Suits acquired from Named and Peerless mobs, and this is what I found:
Greymist: Leggings doesn't drop
Myrmidon: Chest and Helm doesn't drop
Paladin: Legs, Chest, and Helm doesn't drop
Leaf: Arms and Chest doesn't drop [Swoop drops something called Leaf Pauldrons, but there is no such thing].
Deaths Essence: Arms and Helm doesn't drop
Juggernaunt: Evocarius doesn't drop
From what I have read, some rare suit pieces only drop on Peerless, (and somewhere it suggested that some pieces may even fall at the Guantlet,
this part I cannot verify) but the fact remains that all but 3 suits are completely unavailable.
I have argued before that Lurg should drop suit pieces, well there are only 3 completed sets available currently: Assassin, Hunters and Marksman
So more named mobiles probably do and possibly some drop more.
If you look below Lurg should also drop a paragon chest, which he currently doesn't, which may help support the idea he drops suit pieces.
My research of Current ServUO Named/Peerless Suit piece drops:
Coil: Assassin Chest, Death Gloves, Leaf Legs, Hunter Legs, Mymidon Legs
Melisande: Myrmidon Legs
Shim: Malekis Honor, Feathernock, Swiftflight, Hunter Gloves
Travesty: Assassin Legs-Arms-Gloves, Malekis Honor
Irk: Paladin Gloves
Lady Lissith: Greymist Chest
Lady Sabrix: Paladin Arms, Hunter Legs
Swoop: Assassin chest-arms, Death chest, Myrmidon Arms-Legs-Gorget, Leaf Gloves-Legs-Pauldrons(WTF?)
Paladin Gloves-Gorget-Arms. [Hunter Arms-Gloves-Legs-Chest(Are we sure Swoop should drop this entire suit?)]

Other possible Mobs to drop pieces: Chief Paroxysmus, Monstrous Interred Grizzle, Lurg, Pyre, Rend, Abcess, Putrefier, Master Theophilus, Guile - to name a few, many more named to consider I guess.
