Not A Bug Spawn Rate: Solens Outside Wind

I'm posting this because I didn't see it on the list as having been addressed.

Outside Wind on both Trammel and Felucca facets, solens spawn in the maze of mountains. These guys are definitely not respawning at a rate of 1 second to 3 minutes, and after clearing the area I'll actually leave for 10 minutes to go do something else before going back to farm more zoogi.

Not a huge deal... just wondering if it's correct or if it needs to be reset.

The spawners are correctly running on 1 second minimum to 3 minute maximum.

I literally have never seen a solen respawn after 1 second in that area. I've cleared the entire area and run around looking for solens for several minutes. You're telling me my luck is really just that bad?

It could be. How the spawners work is they continue to always run, even if all 15 are spawned, then after its time runs out it auto resets to anytime between 1 second and 3 minutes, with a medium (averages over thousands of respawns) respawn time of 1 minute and 30 seconds.
