FIXED Shield Bash is OP

Ok, im really glad that Shield Bash was fixed but daaaamn, you guys overdid it a little I run few tests with Pirat and we both unanimously agreed that this skills is way too overpowered atm. We were able to one hit my pvp char with 130hp and full resists. Also currently shield bash can land with special attack - with Double Strike we managed to get 2x99 dmg so there's something wrong for sure.

Did some tests on live TC and you can see that shield bash dmg is ~25-35, it also does not land with special moves (was not able to perform shield bash and special move at the same time):

Alright so first off we block the ability to stack special moves with shield bash, at the same time.

What else seemed wrong?

When activated the shield user will execute a shield bash on successfully hitting or parrying their opponent causing physical damage and paralyzing their opponent, interrupts spells if players are not immune to paralyze, based on parry skill, best weapon skill, and mastery level. Damage is capped in pvp at 35.

Currently it's easily possible to roll 150 damage on 70phys resist char. Testing on live tc confirmed to me that dmg is not higher than 35. Didn't check paralyze and spell interrupt factor tbh.

is the new fix live? It shouldn't go over 35:

damage = Math.Min(35, Utility.RandomMinMax(27, 35) * level);

Argalep actually patched the repo today with that fix. It is not live yet on Heritage but will be after the next 6am restart.
