Changes

• The custom Raffle system, used in-game to raffle off rare and unique items, now uses UTC time instead of local host time (EST in this case).
• The [time command now lets you know it is displaying the time in UTC. (was always using UTC, it just now displays it as well)
  • Added a 5-second cooldown between uses of the [time command.

Bug Fixes

• When logging out while under the Incognito spell, or any other temporary name-changing effect, the character list menu will no longer show the temporarily changed name, but instead it will always show the real name of your character.
  • This would also cause the client to create macro/save folders for these "new" character names and would not load any saved client presets for the logged-in character. This fix also fixes that.

• Mining for Niter deposits anywhere in Ilshenar should now work correctly.
  • Thanks @Majere
• The Scholar's Halo can now be altered for use by Gargoyles.
  • Requires tailoring to alter.
  • The item will transform into gargish earrings.
• Gargoyles can now equip and use all human (original) necklace types.
  • No alteration required.
