I think these may be broken, you cannot break a stack.

I did a bit of searching trying to see if its supposed to be stackable, or not.. not finding any info.. but its acting like an item thats been flagged stackable, but is not designed to be. They will stack, but you are unable to take one from the stack

I just confirmed on production that they actually do stack. I'm looking into why they are acting the way they are on Heritage.
