FIXED Sandals cannot be dyed

something I found on stratics (not sure if that counts as official though - does show player made exceptional can be dyed, but the post is from 2017

Gathering more data on it - I'll jump on my EJ character and do some more testing, capture video if indeed you still can on live EA.

Tested on EA with my EJ account - vendor bought sandals (Cobbler NPC in New Haven tailor shop - (side note: missing on Heritage) - bought two regular clothing dyetubs - dyeable sandals:

Anything else you need on this guys? Assuming the change will make it to where clothing dye tubs can dye sandals?

No someone will get to it when we have some free time. This will get tested and fixed but is on the low end of priorities. This post will be updated by a staff member when the change is put in.

I confirmed this on UO. Both player made (regardless of resource), NPC purchased, and artifact sandals can be dyed with both normal dye tubs and leather dye tubs.

I'd say a TOL era check for this. Should it just be added directly to Sandals?
