Not A Bug Remove Trap skill on Character Creation

The skill Remove Trap is not on the list when you create a new character. I suspect it has never been on the list because you needed Detect Hidden at 50 before you could learn Remove Trap, however since the Treasure Hunting revamp on the OSI this requirement has been removed.

Please consider adding the skill to the list.

I just went to the create character screen on Atlantic but do not see anything for Remove Trap.
