Yeah they are not on many free shard spawners. This is definitely a bug...but boy.....the frequency, locations, facets, I'm not sure how I would even go about doing this without it taking me a month of none stop spawn editing.
duplicate a spawner premade with a very WIDE range set up and just randomly place them here and there. would speed up the time from a month or so to the matter of an hour or two. (just a thought)
Make those that obviously do not come from a plant, harvest-able from creatures like the Silver Serpent Venom is, or something similar to it.. where you harvest some from the mob, and then get some from killing it.. http://www.uoguide.com/Silver_Serpent_Venom and/or have spiders silk spawn on the ground where spiders spawn, like the sulfurous ash in Kotl? just ideas.
Night shade in swamps black pearl on beaches(can spawn a large shell that when click gives pearl) get silk from double clicking large webs that spawn where spiders spawn in groups. There was script in runuo let you harvest seeds from wild reg plants and regrow the seed into a plant. Based on some skill you would harvest more.
