FIXED rare reaper fish not dropping in doom lvl 2

After fishing for several hours and using 100's of baits and not getting any reaper fish in doom lvl 2,
I started trying to figure out why,
Was using bait and full fish suit +50% bait with 115 fishing real skill and 120 fishing with items.

Wondering if Doom level 2 gauntlet is consider doom region to fish up reaper fish?
if i say [where in doom lvl 2 , it " does not " say doom region.
if i say [where in doom lvl 1, it "does" say doom region.

could be user error?? Pictures below

Should it be possible to fish up reaper fish in doom lvl 2?
Required to use gold skull to get in, and No banker, so i say yes.
but thats just my 2cent but -1 cent for going over time limit, lol

noticed someone spawned darkfather,
now says doom region, might or might not be connected
