Is he rezzed yet? Does this happen on EA? I don't think im concerned about this since resurrect function forces hits/mana/stam to 0 unless its increased by one of those virtues.

I think its just something to do with UOS its been popping up twice now that I've seen.. something to do with client?

it happened to me tonight in Doom. I was dead with 16 health

sometimes the healthbar get stuck, u died because u had zero hp (-1 actually) only a graphical issue.

Yeah could be a client issue but I want to keep this open till I know for sure. I remember seeing it sometimes on real UO but I have not seen it on UO in years.
