Not A Bug Quivers are un-dyable

Bought a Quiver of Rage of the VS today, unable to dye it with any tub I've found... still doing digging to see if I've overlooked something.

They should be dyable via tokuno dyes.

I do not believe quivers can be dyed with dye tubs, of any kind.

If anyone can dispute this please post the information here.
