FIXED Powerscroll Book Drops locked down powerscrolls

It worked fine for the homeowner, but when a coowner drops a scroll from a ps book, it is locked down:

Actually I tested this and had an alt kill him. the locked down scrolls didn't show up on the corpse and acted like they were blessed.
