Not A Bug Possible bug with moving crate at House to where i cant remove to demolish house

i tried to demolish a house but it seems something in the moving crate is stuck and cant be removed. house is located at 50, 48 S, 164 15 E. thats the corrdinates of of map uo. First two sets of numbers are 3659, 2202. Thank you.

You need to empty the moving crate. The items are movable.
