FIXED Poisoning applied to weapons.

I'm seemingly completely unable to apply lvl 4 aka Deadly poison to a weapon at both poisoning skill of 80, and poisoning skill of 90. I've ran many a dp dexer on OSI at all three skill levels, 80, 90 and gm, of which you can apply lvl 4 to a weapon at 80 skill, albeit with a roughly 25% chance. I attempted 20 deadly poison potions at both skill levels. I'll go ahead and post the Uo.com link to poisoning where it points out "The most severe poison, possible only for high level poisoners. A warrior with 80 poisoning has a 80% chance to inflict lethal poison, a warrior with 100 poisoning has a 100% chance to inflict lethal poison."
In fact, if you read specifically under lvl 4 poison it states "Poison strength reduces with range. Warriors with Poisoning skill 60.0 – 100.0 you can inflict level 4 with a % chance of level 5."

Are you using the Infectious Strike special move?

Yes, I am using the infectious Strike special move, the issue is in regards to applying poison potions to weapons, the level of which you apply them is incorrect. So basically you should be able to apply a lvl 4 deadly poison potion to a weapon/fukiya dart/shurikan at 60 skill in poisoning, however your chance to apply would be terrible at 60 skill. Here, I'm completely unable to put a deadly poison potion on a weapon at 90 skill. If you'd like I can make another trial account and attempt to apply at 60 skill on OSI and document it, but this will be a few days before I get around to doing this.

This issue has been fixed. You can now apply deadly poison at 80 skill.
