FIXED Player Barkeep

Houses should not be able to be traded until Player Barkeeps are also removed by the original placer. This results in a Barkeeps in recently traded houses, that the new owners have no control over.

Ah ok.. well then, i sold a house today, that had a barkeep in it.. the house traded while the bk was still in it.. i wasnt sure which character added the BK so i was gonna keep trying toons till i found the one. just not able to do it tonight

Is there a cliloc that supports this?

No, I just checked. Control of the barkeep seems to be house owner based, and not character-based. So you can trade a house with barkeeps but they fall under the new owners' control. Will have to find a way to test, to confirm. However, as it stands right now when a house is transferred you get a barkeep that you can not control.
