Investigating Placed my newer boat on top of someones old boat

Placed my newer boat on top of someones old boat at doc , now i draggin around someones small boat, and cant seem to dry dock my boat.
guess i go find the boat npc guy and see if that work.

Thanks, the re-start put it back together. I have seen this happen one other time but was unable to narrow down in the code what causes it. Will leave this open to gather more information as others encounter it.
