FIXED Pet training points

Not sure if this is a regression/complication on https://www.trueuo.com/index.php?threads/pet-training-discord-weights.1141/

When I've added 1 scroll to a pet to raise it's skill to 110 you could then add 120 to the plan again and it would add the cost from 110-120
Now it is adding the full cost of the 100-120
It seems like it could be taking the current value of tactics to calculate the cost on this screenshot? It should say 100 but says 200.
