FIXED Pet Training Dexterity Value Bug

When you train a pet on live OSI - you can give them dex to 150 but the dex doesn't give them any stamina. You must train it on it's own. Currently if I give my dimetrosaur dexterity it gives it stamina too thereby hitting both the cap at 150 with spending less points.
