FIXED Pendant of the Magi Not Wearable by Gargoyles

It seems that the Pendant of the Magi is not wearable by gargoyles on Heritage, although it can be worn by any race on OSI.

My main question here is, for anyone who might know, should gargoyles be able to wear all necklaces of that type?

I found a post on OSI forums stating that the Lucky Necklace is wearable by gargoyles, and an old post on Stratics suggesting that all standard necklaces (like the Pendant of the Magi) are wearable by gargoyles. However, I haven't been able to confirm whether all necklaces should be wearable, or if some exceptions exist.

I went to OSI Test Center. Gargoyles can equip these 3 types of necklaces. There do not seem to be any item restrictions I can find so I am just going to open up those 3 items to "All Races", meaning any race will be able to equip and use.
