I have seen items with either 'Towering ...' or '... of Aegis' in their title but have the property: 'Casting Focus 3%'.

I found an 'Animated Ring' that had just 'Swing Speed Increase 5%'.

According to this page again, Swing Speed isn't associated with any Prefix/suffix.

in this case the Prefix may be right and the page is wrong.

I found a 'Mystic Bracelet of Haste' with just 'Mana Increase 5'. It should have also has either Stamina or Dexterity Increase.

I've found several Rings/Bracelets (Durability 255/255) that have 'Exquisite' or '... Of Quality'. They don't have an obvious related property, but may have 'extra durability' that would obviously be wasted.

However, a 'Jesters Hat Of Quality' has Durability 24 / 24, HPI 4 and Resists: 5, 9, 5, 5; so no obvious related property.

An 'Exquisite War Mace' correctly had on it 'Durability +100%' and 'Durability of 220 / 220'.
