Not A Bug No matter weight of rare fish, still only get 4 steaks when cut

Seems weird :
catch 22lbs bull fish, cut it up , get 4 fish steaks
catch 126lbs bull fish, cut it up, get 4 fish steaks
catch 31lbs bull fish, cut it up, get 4 fish steaks

A bigger / more weight fish should give more fish steaks when cut up?

(different subject, but seems fish baited pole & +bait strength fishing suit, does not really seem to help pull more rare fish)
(also seems you have to bait pole before each cast, cant bait multiple charges at same time)
(chr has 115 fishing skill, and +5skill item = 120 )

As far as I am aware the weight attribute is mostly cosmetic and does not actually translate into more fish steaks.
