FIXED Nether Cyclone Damage off

It seemed to be 40 damage flat vs elemental (maybe it’s capped at 40 in pvp?)and the physical seemed to do 27-30

and it was a constant 40 damage to the 60 resist? 28 average, so what would you say was the min/max range?

its 40 damage on 60s elemental resist, physical stays 70 even when cursed. It sounds like it has a static number of damage based on suit resist and the casters focus/sdi.

Someone else will have to do a full test on all the variables, I don’t have time.

I would also like to add that it shouldn’t target hidden players(haven’t tested in uoh) and the debuffs are temporary, and it’s not supposed to divide damage, it should do full damage to everyone, similar to wither etc.

I dont have osi to cross test but I can say that im not hitting for 47 anymore. Doing like 38-42 from what i saw, the 38-39 was prolly against 62 phy instead of the 60s elemental.
I will miss you op nether cyclone, you helped me kill so many of these speedy fuckers.
