FIXED Mysticism Mastery - Mystic Weapon spell has wrong skill decrease amount

For level 1 Mystic Master - Mystic Weapon should decrease the skill, by -15, instead it only decrease by -5.

From UO guide:

The mystic converts mysticism skill into an equipped weapon’s required skill for a penalty to mysticism skill based on mastery level.

• Level 1 reduces Mysticism by -15
• Level 2 reduces Mysticism by -10
• Level 3 reduces Mysticism by -5

Just need to confirm UOGuide is right and there was never any change later on that changed it but never got updated there.

I can test it on TC in the evening just to make sure, as far as I remember there were masteries available.

I do not have anyone on an open account with the spellweaving mastery.

I forgot that to use primers I need Times Of Legends expansion, lifting endless journey restrictions was not enough, but thanks to @Meireffer who have the expansion, we were able to test it. Here are the screenshots:
