Not A Bug Myrmidex and Moonstones quest

I killed and collected everything needed to complete the quest and I get the message "you do not have everything you need!"
Maybe because at one point I marked two of the same crystals?
I logged in and checked on CC and got the same message.

Did you do the third part? Where you have to go kill the queen?

What does your quest journal on your paperdoll say? At any time did you restart/drop a part of the quest?

It didn't say anything about killing the queen. I only have this quest, it's the second one and the quest giver doesn't want to accept it and give me the third one. When I click "continue" I get what is shown in the screenshot below.

Okay, I've got it. The crystals have lifespan and I gave him the quest without one in my backpack. This time I returned it with three crystals and he gave me another quest. There is no bug.
