Not sure if intended but boots of escaping are missing from the artifacts of doom turn in reward guy.

Since all these "seasonal events" we have on full time basically have the same item drops (they were all used for various Halloweens throughout the years) we made it so some had some items and some didn't to make them all worth it.

I forget which has what but check out KOTL rewards vendor too.
