Currently how it is working is I can look into this MailBox almost no matter what (as a non-friend, accessed, etc) if it is locked down although I cannot put stuff into it I can view the contents. (This is on a public house)
I then had @DewCono set it to anyone under security setting (i wish to secure this - menu) and put it to anyone so anyone can access it and drop things into it and this allowed anyone to take from it as well. I had to go and so did he but we tried a few other things and I cant remember how we exactly tested them.
Currently I just hopped on briefly to test some more with my own house and accounts.
I completely wiped my friends list, co owners list + Access List to my house and I set my MailBox to Co Owner Only... it legit allows me on my non friended, non co-owner and not accessed account at all to not only open BUT TO TAKE SHIT from somebodys mailbox with no rights whatsoever to the property. Now thats a huge problem. I am also missing BODs from these MailBoxes and it seems that someone must have robbed me as I never had tested this when we had "fixed" it in the past and someone must have noticed it as I do see that people who have picked up and moved some of the bods that were left behind have a "Sender" with the players Name LOL
All is fair I suppose and it sucks to lose the BODs but I hope we can get this fixed.

It will be super nice to have these working where players are not getting robbed from one another as I often times do not play the hours as some of my guildmates and trades are more difficult if we have to meet up instead of using MailBoxes xD
Also one last side note, The Sender name beneath the Item left in the MailBox seems to be working + The Mail Flap is also working as it is supposed to.. It seems as if it is a Security Code issue is all.
