FIXED MailBox Doesnt Work Prop

Ok, so if I set the security to Co Owner only that should still allow any player to drop shit into the box but only Co Owners can take the shit out.. as of now you cannot do shiit to it unless you are on the access list of some sort, if you set it to anyone anyone can take the items out or put them in... so aka it doesn't work as described.

I lied, the problem Tas, is not that the Mailbox is wrong! The problem is that you have the wrong type of mailbox coded into the Cleanup Brittania gump... The regular script "Mail Box" is a useless container, but the one you get on OSI from the cleanup works as described on the link above... You simply need to change it to where we can get the addon deed or something that allows us to use the mailbox the way its supposed to function.

Also before you go removing all these regular MailBoxes from the game you should note that I have a bunch of shit sitting inside of them currently using them like normal boxes aka Don't delete my stuff without notice or if you do youll just need to refund me some BODs xD
