Cannot Reproduce Lost many items in death

I was on my tamer in training Jillian. I took 2 unicorns into the Solen cave, Minoc entrance.
Second level I engage the ant lion, it came up under me para and I died (I'm just wearing crappy resist lmc lrc items)
so I died, I ran out and got resurrected. Insured items were not in my pack, I closed and reopened, nothing. Only a few items of clothes. I ran back to my body, nothing, not my loot bag, not the bandages, nothing. I checked all corpses mine and the ant lion, nothing. My unicorns survived and I put them in the table unicorna and unicornb just in case some weird way they looted me. I understand you cannot replace items, and honestly the only thing of real value was the ring and bracelet both had +15 taming. This happened about 11:20EST am. I DM'd Dan via Disco he said he would look at this later.
I stabled the pets, I'll log out this toon until later. Thanks

Either you ran out of insurance gold, or you didn't auto re-insure. Were you in fel or trammel?

fel, but that wouldn't explain how loot bag, arrows pots or bottles were gone as well
and I have gold

Was the corpse just, gone?

nope, I made it back to the corpse, there was nothing on it. The ant lion had regular loot. Since then I killed the unicorns and there was nothing but regular loot on them, they didn't loot my corpse. my loot bag had some jewels and gems and gold. and I had bandages skinning knife and scissors.
Nothing of OMG value. it was just strange.
