FIXED Little window pops up when pet gains skill on OSI

It surprised me to find that on OSI, when you are training a pet and it gains skill a little window pops up that shows a progress bar. It does this on its own, whereas on Heritage this window only pops up when you manually press the triangle that points right next to the percentage bar on the pet lore page. Tested this on TC1.
