If you download this version of TrueUO specifically, does that fix the issue?

HPR seems to work fine. But the previous change works fine too on my local server, so I am not sure if it will fix HPR on the production server...

I believe this final pr will address the issue along with a few others regarding the regeneration of stats correctly.
