Insured Spellbook cannot be Blessed

Granted you can just uninsure it first, then bless it.

But if a spellbook is insured, when you try it use a Spellbook Bless Deed on it, says it is already blessed (which is why I am reporting it, as the message is technically incorrect).

Unfortunately there is no cliloc built into the client to send that message. As this is a custom I will move this over to make a suggestion while I look into it.
